It's 2 a.m. and it's raining after weeks without a drop.

I KNEW it would rain!

How did I know?

I broke down and watered the garden yesterday.

Hi Teresa, It rained here, too, during the night but the road does not seem to even be very wet. We need so much more rain in our area.
I like the post on friends. One of my dearest friends still lives in Gravel Switch. I talk to her often but don't see her very much. It seems most people are so busy today with family and work, etc. that they don't get together like they used to.

Love the new look of your blog my friend. It's rained in our neck of the woods too. And we needed it. My husband said yesterday that our back yard looks better now than it has all summer.

Friends are indeed important... I have one very, very close lady friend whom I share most everything with, altho we don't see each other as often as we'd like. I was reading today about the importance of relationships in God's design for our lives.

I think you'd be a person I could talk to face-to-face should we ever meet this side of heaven. Well, if not here, certainly in heaven, our friendship will grow.

Bless you!
